Our service is very simple to use. The appointment scheduler faxes or emails a copy of the schedule to us at the end of each business day.

We know what a time-consuming task making reminder calls is for your staff. Our service will free their time, allowing them to accomplish their daily tasks more efficiently, as well as freeing your phone lines for incoming and outgoing calls.

Through our market research, we have found that there is an enormous loss of revenue from missed patient appointments. If only one appointment is kept per month, that would have otherwise been a no-show,  you have made your money back by using RemindAmerica. Our doctor’s offices inform us however, that about two appointments per day or more are kept or canceled that would have been no-shows.  Needless to say, this increases your daily revenue.

Updated telephone numbers will be transmitted to you daily in order to assist your billing department with their account receivables.

All employees of RemindAmerica are carefully screened, and upon hiring, are trained on and required to sign a HIPAA agreement to protect and secure patient information.

All patient information, including schedules, Record Updates and cancellations are maintained in a secure environment for fourteen days, at which time they are destroyed. All forms of communication and record handling, including electronic communication (email), fax and record shredding are HIPAA compliant.
